EMI lets you pay for a booking in equal monthly instalments instead of all at once. Your bank converts the payment and collects the instalments; Tranzit365 receives the full amount at the time of booking.
Who can use it
- Holders of a credit card issued by a bank that offers EMI on our payment gateway. The list of banks is shown at the payment step.
- Debit cards, bKash and Nagad payments cannot be converted to EMI.
- The booking must meet the minimum amount your bank sets for EMI, and you must have enough available credit limit for the full amount.
- Approval is the bank's decision. If the bank declines, the payment simply fails and you can pay another way.
Tenures and interest
- Common tenures are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Which ones you see depends on your bank and the booking amount.
- Where a bank offers 0% EMI, you repay exactly the booking amount, spread over the tenure.
- Where interest applies, it is charged by your bank at its published rate, along with any processing fee. That cost is between you and the bank.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel, any refund due goes back to the same credit card — never as cash or to a wallet.
- Your instalment plan does not stop automatically. The bank continues to collect the instalments and adjusts the refunded amount against your card balance.
- Interest and processing fees already charged by the bank are generally not reversed, even on a full refund.
The rest follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Disputes
Questions about the booking, the fare or a refund are ours — contact our support team with your booking reference. Questions about interest, instalment dates or your credit limit belong to your bank.
